Why Lake-Town Doors Need Extra Attention
Humidity, Second Homes, and Big Lake-House Doors
Constant humidity off the water speeds up rust on springs and cables. Vacation and second homes that sit unused, then get used hard over a holiday weekend, are exactly when tired springs fail. Bigger lake-house doors built for boats and trailers also put more strain on springs and openers. We will tell you plainly whether it is a simple fix or something bigger, and we will never sell you a door you do not need, whether you need spring repair, cable replacement, or emergency service.
