We were heading out of town on a Friday when our garage door opener malfunctioned and left the door wedged open. I was in a panic. I searched for a garage door repair company with good reviews and found FixDoor. I called and spoke to the owner, Shelby Palmer. He was fantastic! Shelby pulled his team from another job and showed at our house within 30 minutes. They found the issue and provided a temporary fix so the door would close and lock. FixDoor is coming back on Monday to complete the repair. Shelby and his team were VERY professional and competent. They explained what was needed for the repair and the costs which I believed was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company!!

A drum door had come off its tracks, causing significant inconvenience. I carefully inspected the door and its mechanism to identify the root cause. After assessing the situation, I safely removed the door from the tracks, ensuring no damage to the surrounding area. I then meticulously realigned the door, ensuring it was securely back on the tracks. I tested the door's movement to confirm it operated smoothly. The job was completed efficiently, restoring functionality and peace of mind.
