Jake was able to make it over to look at our garage door 20 minutes after we made our call. He explained the issue in detail and recommended a replacement unit that fit our budget, and even better, he was able to make room in his schedule to do the install the very next day, which was a huge help to us. We'll be sure to ask for Jake again - he was polite and knowledgeable.
