I successfully reconnected the door to the opener, ensuring it operates smoothly. The rollers were making some noise, so I checked and adjusted them to reduce the sound. I also identified and resolved an issue with the red emergency release cords getting caught on roof racks, which was causing the door to unexpectedly slam down. Contrary to some claims, this issue was not due to broken springs. My thorough inspection and repair ensured the system functions correctly.

Mr. Shelby Palmer, owner of FixDoor in Marble Falls, answered an email/text I sent on Sunday. He said he’s be out on Monday. He adjusted the tension of the track. It took just a few minutes. Wallah! It was fixed. He didn’t charge me one penn. it was an easy fix. What’s more! He didn’t try to sell me anything I apparently didn’t need. So many try to take advantage of others. It’s nice to experience integrity, professionalism, and kindness. Give FixDoor a call for all things doors.
