Mr. Shelby Palmer, owner of FixDoor in Marble Falls, answered an email/text I sent on Sunday. He said he’s be out on Monday. He adjusted the tension of the track. It took just a few minutes. Wallah! It was fixed. He didn’t charge me one penn. it was an easy fix. What’s more! He didn’t try to sell me anything I apparently didn’t need. So many try to take advantage of others. It’s nice to experience integrity, professionalism, and kindness. Give FixDoor a call for all things doors.

Ordering a new door was painless with Shelby answering all questions and suggesting a quality, cost efficient door. Joel and Joe arrived on time and had the new door installed in under two hours and it works great.
I needed help to fix the Wi-Fi after unsuccessfully trying to change the router for my home network. Seems MyQ app doesn't work on 5G routers. After many failed attempts to undo all the changes I made the system basically said "Give Up and call someone that knows what their doing". Called Cedar Park at the new location here in Marble Falls; 30 minutes later Joel shows up and in less than an hour had restored my connection and I'm back in the game. I recommend them to anyone in need of garage door/automation issues.
